Affiliate Fatblogging Challenge: Update #4

Well, since I didn’t have much to report from last week, I decided not to do a “fatblogging” post update. This week, though…
I’m down another two pounds!!
Original weight: 225
New weight: 213
Weight loss: 12 pounds
I finally broke through that 10 pound barrier, although I’m not real sure what caused it. I’ve been maintaining all the improvements to my diet and lifestyle (with a few exceptions, as has always been the case), but I have been doing more physical activity — not necessarily due to exercise, just being busy.
On the flip side, my buddy and co-fatblogging challenger, Shawn Collins, gained two pounds this week! Sounds like things are going just as I planned.
